At Gocanics, we take pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers.
To ensure peace of mind, we offer a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, on all repairs and services provided by our mobile mechanics.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Parts: All parts installed by our mechanics are covered against defects in material or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period.
- Labor: The labor provided in conjunction with the parts installed is also covered under this warranty.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Repairs or parts not provided by Gocanics.
- Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing fees, rental cars, or loss of use.
Warranty Claim Process:
- If you believe a part or repair performed by us is defective within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.
- We will schedule an inspection to assess the issue.
- If the issue is found to be covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
Limitations:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the service. Warranty service must be performed by Gocanics.
